The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key products, from discovery and definition through to launch and optimisation. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to make clear decisions in a fast-moving environment.

You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to ensure each product delivers exceptional value to customers and the business.

The day to day:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and measurable success criteria.
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor assessments.
  • Translate insights into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritise backlogs and manage delivery in partnership with engineering and design teams.
  • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and product iteration cycles.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to drive successful product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ensure products align with commercial goals, customer needs, and technical constraints.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence using data to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
  • Background in UX, software development, business analysis, or customer research.
