Position Summary

The DTC Division of SEUK are on a mission to make purchasing direct from Samsung the best way to own and experience a Samsung Product. Whether it's purchasing through or within our Premium Retail outlets within Selfridges and Harrods, we're looking to make shopping with Samsung a joy – offering the full Samsung range and compelling financial propositions – backed up with the best possible Samsung Service.
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Planning
Build and streamline briefing processes across the teams to ensure seamless execution outcomes
Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders
Responsible for aligning to all launch timelines, including but not limited to Flagship MX and TV launches.
Implement and align SLA's to achieve maximum output
Configuration
Lead configuration of products across all categories, and manage process from upload to go-live
Align with commercial teams on additional services required for the channel and setup all relevant functions in the platform
Lead the implementation of promotions according to brief within tight timelines and without error
Own the implementation of the pricing policy across all 10 SES stores within tight timelines and without error
Reporting & Validation
Monitor Product Data and ensure all required configurations are in place according to the expectations of each category for the SES channel
Validate RRP and Special pricing daily, and report to wider teams on alignment and fixes.
QA promotions thoroughly and effectively through appropriate testing functions and resolve / improve configuration based on findings.
Monitor Promotional Sales using existing sales data and implement changes where necessary to prevent loss of margin
Continuously review end to end SES customer journeys and provide recommendations to improve customer experience
Automation & Improvements
Review manual processes and identify improvements that can be driven by automation tools
Align SES stores to existing automation processes and make informed and relevant enhancements to improve the outcomes of the automation for SES stores specifically
Monitor and explore platform performance and limitations - drive positive, innovative change to improve overall capabilities for SES and the Merchandising team as a whole
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
Strong commercial awareness and analytical approach
Strong analytical and planning skills and an ability to focus on detail
Experience working in an Ecommerce team and sales-led environment
Experience in SAP Hybris Platform or similar
Extensive experience handling stakeholders at all levels
Clear and confident communicator
Excellent knowledge of the Consumer Electronics industry
Self-starter
Proven ability to adapt, remain resilient, work at speed.
Excellent Excel / PowerPoint Skills
Essential Skills:
Experience working in an ecommerce team within retail environment
Strong analytical skills
Strong planning and organisational skills
Strong commercial and operational awareness

Work closely with the commercial and operations teams to:
Establish SES stores as a solid, profitable, retail channel to the business.
Attain revenue/SOB/Profit target by accomplishing and delivering all necessary plans.
Fully comprehend division's business/performance proposition and help to develop optimal execution.
Able to deliver a planned and flexible approach to accommodate last minute change/opportunities.
Continue to build a strong relationship with divisional and other DTC team members.
Positive/passionate for the success/Determined/resilient/proactive.
