The firm prioritises employee well -being and provides a supportive and flexible working environment.As a Private Client Tax Partner, or Director joining this esteemed firm, you will have a clear path for career progression. Your role will involve delivering personal tax and advisory services to a diverse client base, including directors of owner -managed businesses, property clients, wealthy individuals, and various private clients. Supported by a skilled and experienced medium -sized tax team, you will take on a client -facing position, overseeing the provision of advisory services covering a wide spectrum of personal tax issues, including IHT, CGT, trusts, estates, and more.In this leadership role, you will influence and lead your team, driving the development of private client tax services within the top -tier firm. Your responsibilities will extend to developing client relationships, attracting new business, enhancing the private client offering, and playing a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Kent office's private client services.
