What will I be doing?

As a VIP Hospitality Team Leader, you will be the face of the area you lead for SEC Food.

Working in the Hydro Hospitality Suites, you should focus on providing premium service to VIP guests during events. Attention to detail and a focus on creating a luxurious and seamless experience are essential. You'll be working with a range of clientele, offering personalised service in an exclusive atmosphere.

Your role is imperative to the success of the event and will include leading a team of staff to serve customers and clients the food and drink required as required - this will involve the sale and service of alcohol. Please note, you must be over the age of 18 for this particular role.

Operational Excellence

Responsibility over the service and management of an allocated area; including but not limited to:

- Leading and delivering event team briefing and completion of event paperwork

- Leading and motivating the team, ensuring on the job training is being delivered as applicable

- Debrief for any staff, service, or customer feedback; feedback to Operations Managers; complete closing check list and ensure the service area is secure and clean

- As part of our commitment for continuous improvement and innovation, all colleagues are encouraged to seek ways to improve work activities and promote efficiency

• To be polite, professional, and respectful at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
