Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will take a leadership role in managing multiple concurrent projects across the organisation's portfolio. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects across various business areas, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and managing performance to maintain quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing communications effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective measures where necessary.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules with a strong focus on efficiency and accountability.
- Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to align project objectives with organisational goals.
- Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to business development and project pipeline management.
- Evaluate project outcomes, generate post-project reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex or high-value projects, ideally within consulting, business development, or growth strategy environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated experience delivering results under pressure and within tight deadlines.

Our Recruitment Process
