Are you a compassionate and motivated individual looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We're seeking a dynamic and proactive team member to support individuals affected by homelessness - whether they are rough sleeping, living in temporary accommodation, sofa surfing, or staying with friends.

In this rewarding role, you'll help people find suitable housing and provide ongoing support to help them sustain their tenancy, build independence, and overcome the challenges that may have contributed to their homelessness.

As a keyworker, you will play a vital role in encouraging positive, healthy lifestyles and helping individuals access specialist services for complex needs such as mental health, substance misuse, or alcohol dependency. You'll also work closely with a range of partner agencies, taking the lead in coordinating support and ensuring each person receives the help they need to move forward.

We're looking for someone who is flexible, approachable, empathetic, and non-judgemental - someone with the confidence to make quick, thoughtful decisions and the resilience to handle challenging situations. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for empowering others and changing lives for the better.
