We are seeking a dedicated Link Worker to join our new Complex Needs Service in Chesterfield. This initiative provides a number of self-contained accommodation spaces for people identified as rough sleeping long-term by the Derbyshire Outreach Team (DOT).As a Link Worker, you will offer intensive, personalised support, helping individuals navigate their journey from street homelessness into stability and independence. We are looking for someone who is engaging, organised and able to approach each day with a positive outlook as no two days are the same.You will be comfortable working as part of a team and managing your own workload.
