Customer Success Manager

Overview: My client, a global leader in digital transformation solutions, is seeking two experienced Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to join their high-performing Customer Success team. The successful candidates will focus on building strategic partnerships and driving long-term value realisation for complex, multinational enterprise clients. These roles require fluent French or German speakers with a proven track record of managing large-scale, high-value accounts across multiple regions. Candidates should be confident navigating senior-level stakeholder relationships and experienced in leading post-sales initiatives that maximise customer retention and satisfaction. My client cannot offer sponsorship so you must have the right to work in the UK. Can be based out of London or Reading office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise clients through digital transformation journeys with a strong focus on business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maximise the value and return on investment of purchased solutions and services through effective onboarding, engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Develop and nurture high-level relationships, including at C-Suite level, across a portfolio of key strategic accounts.
- Define and execute account strategies, success plans, and governance frameworks to drive customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitor account health, proactively manage critical issues, and implement clear, actionable plans to resolve challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Consulting, etc.) to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.
- Champion customer success and lead initiatives that drive retention, growth, and innovation at scale.
- Deliver presentations, facilitate workshops, and communicate effectively at all levels of client organisations.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or similar post-sales role within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Fluent in English and either French or German, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Experience managing complex, global enterprise accounts with a consultative and strategic approach.
- Strong background in digital solutions and an understanding of the competitive landscape in enterprise software.
- Proven success in driving customer engagement, value realisation, and retention initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at senior levels.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Confident presenter with the ability to translate technical information into business value for varied audiences.
- Background in pre-sales, marketing/creative agency or consultancy roles will also be considered.
