Location: One of the most elegant country house hotels in the Cotswolds, Buckland Manor is set in ten acres of stunning grounds. With 4 AA red stars, 3 AA rosettes, and a member of Relais & Châteaux, Buckland Manor offers employees the opportunity to work within a traditional, yet friendly English country house hotel.

SERVICE CHARGE-We pay our team service charge each month This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel-every penny received is paid out to the team.

Service charge can be in the region of £305 a month (around £3,600 per year) over and above base pay, for a full time employee.

The hotel may be able to offer on-site staff accommodation in order to help the newest members of the team settle into life at the hotel and local area, plus free parking is available on-site.

Our House Keeping Supervisor position is 5 days over 7 to include weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will keep all front of house areas and guest bedrooms gleaming, ready to welcome our wonderful guests.

Experience in a housekeeping role or similar is essential.

Check out some of the key points about the role:

  • From cleaning rooms, to cleaning the lounge, you'll play a massive part in making our beautiful hotel look and feel welcoming.
  • Checking all areas of the hotel, to ensure they are ready for our guests to arrive.
  • Leading by example, and teaching the less experienced housekeeping staff to be as fabulous as you are.
  • We want you to be safe, it's important to keep up to date on all COSHH training.
  • We are one team, so we will all muck in from time to time, helping each other across departments.
