We are headquartered in London, UK, but are also present in several European countries as well as the United States where we service our partners, including eBay, Amazon, Just Eat, Shopify, and Stripe.The RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Complaints Specialist to join our growing Customer Service Team. We are looking for someone who will uphold exceptional customer outcomes by managing all complaints - regulated and unregulated - while ensuring compliance with strong governance standards.
