We are looking for an extremely driven, energetic, and passionate individual to fill the role in
assisting in the delivery of a business-critical service to ensure that customers' expectations are exceeded
. This role will require the individual to manage accounts across the South of England and in some cases travel internationally to support our overseas customers.
Role Description
· Managing all existing accounts across the South of England providing face-to-face support and training.
· Supporting existing customers and driving new sales, including cold outreach to consultants, clinical leads, nurses, and procurement teams.
· Specialist will present products, arrange trials, demo equipment in theatres, and follow up to drive adoption and procurement approvals
· Deliver on-site installation of SurgEase hardware and software, including guidance during first cases and live demonstrations in theatre
· Generating interest in further NHS Trusts across the region showcasing our products.

Liaising with key personnel within NHS Trusts to follow up on procurement queries and outstanding documentation.
· Reaching out to existing clients regarding stock levels and additional orders.
· Developing new relationships with different specialities informing them of our products and services.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (consultants, nurses, procurement teams) effectively, and problem-solving under pressure.
· Proactively monitor customers usage, identifying and resolving any barriers that may be restricting the use of any SurgEase Innovations products or services.

Ensuring robust procedures are being followed for business support activities such as customer complaints and feedback.

Tracking, logging, and actioning complaints in a timely manner and escalating the corrective actions to the relevant departments.
· Supporting the Chief Commercial Officer with international business functions, arranging meetings, training, and chasing documentation from prospective clients.
· Data responsibilities, including GDPR and handling sensitive data.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and addressing their needs
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess technical challenges, problem-solve, and deliver tailored solutions
- Proven ability to prioritise Customer Satisfaction while building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in training end-users and delivering technical support is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with medical technology or healthcare industries is advantageous
Required:
· Comfortable seeing live Surgery and working in high pressured environments.
· Highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic.
· Outstanding communication skills.
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
· Full clean UK driver's license
