Circit is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that is on a mission to make business verifiable in real- time. We are creating a global asset verification platform that allows auditors to deliver higher quality financial audits and spend more time helping businesses to create greater value for all economic stakeholders. Our current customer base includes big-four accountancy firms as well as global banks.

At Circit, we have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about providing technical solutions, has strong attention to detail and is a strong collaborator. This role will suit a recently qualified individual who is looking to move into a growing technology company. We are looking for someone who has a background in accounting/finance who wants to pivot into technology, or someone with a technology background with an interest in accounting/finance.

You must be a motivated self-starter, who is looking to make a big impact.  This is a key position that will work across multiple Circit Teams.

Requirements

As a Technical Implementation Specialist at Circit, you will work within the product team to help drive the success of our SaaS products.  You will assist in the implementation and support of some key technical components of our product as well as defining, designing, and delivering features that enhance the value and usability of our software.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership over the implementation and product support of a key technical area of our product; our Confirmation Request templates.
  • Research and understand customer requirements and configure the product to meet them.
  • Respond to customer issues related to your product area and manage the tracking, communication and resolution of the fixes needed.
  • Prioritize issues and requests effectively and escalate/progress urgent items accordingly.
  • Assist in translating customer needs and business goals into product features and specifications.
  • Help in creating detailed feature specifications and documentation for development teams.
  • Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities to ensure a high-quality product release.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and improve our processes and procedures.
  • Own key operational processes within the business and work to introduce automation wherever possible.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in either computer science or accounting/finance
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
  • Communication skills and ability to work with team members across the business
