We are looking to appoint a flexible and reliable Hospitality Assistant to provide a key role in supporting our vibrant training kitchens. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an environment where learning and service excellence come together.
As a valued member of the team, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation in our Hospitality facilities, ensuring that staff and students, enjoy a safe and welcoming space. You will take pride in keeping our training kitchen's spotless, storing equipment and tools safely and following best practice in following food hygiene and safety.
What we are looking for:
Hands on experience cleaning professional or training kitchens.
A background in Hospitality or the Service industry.
The ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
Experience in working in a learning environment with mixed and varied learner needs and abilities.
The ability to solve basic problems by adhering to practices and procedures.
Up to date knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standards and procedures.
Experience in waste management and effective and efficient use of appropriate cleaning materials.
Excellent Interpersonal skills
