This is an exciting time to join us. We're looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader to take on the pivotal role of Head of Service for Safeguarding. You'll lead the strategic and operational delivery of adult safeguarding services, ensuring compliance with statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Human Rights Act 1998. You'll also play a key role in shaping multi-agency partnerships and embedding a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

We're looking for someone who's ready to lead with confidence, clarity, and compassion. You'll bring:

• Proven safeguarding expertise - you understand the complexity and know how to lead through it
• Professional credibility - you're a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England
• Leadership that delivers - you've led complex services and driven meaningful change
• Strategic insight - you know the legislation, but you also know how to apply it in real-world practice
• Collaborative strength - you build strong partnerships and communicate with impact
• A values-driven approach - you champion human rights and ensure the voice of the person is central to everything you do
