Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Client side project Manager to oversee key our accounts and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. This will be personally for our company & parents ones oversee construction operations in the billions The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in project management and team supervision. This role involves managing multiple projects, analysing data, and maintaining effective client relationships to drive business growth and client satisfaction. You'll work out of cubo office, or home the meetings in person will be held on site, dinner or the offices.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise client account teams to ensure the successful delivery of services aligned with client expectations.
  • Gather and define client requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Jira to plan, monitor, and report on project progress.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues affecting project delivery or client satisfaction and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage project budgets, control costs, and optimise resource utilisation to ensure efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to clients using tools like Visio or PowerPoint, showcasing project updates and strategic proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, or ServiceNow for content management and documentation.
  • Analyse data using SAS or other analytics tools to inform decision-making processes.
  • Maintain organised records of all client interactions, project documentation, and performance metrics in systems like Salesforce or Workday.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met proactively.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance data to enhance service quality.

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in a client-facing environment or within project management roles.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, process optimisation, and root cause analysis.
  • Extensive knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Workday is desirable.
  • Demonstrable expertise in team management, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • Experience with content management systems like SharePoint or Confluence is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as SAFe, Waterfall, or Agile frameworks like Scrum is preferred.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data using SAS or similar software for strategic insights.
