Cleaning Supervisor – Evening Shift

Location: Cubo Sheffield

Hours: Monday to Friday, 17:00 – 21:00

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong drive to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings. This role requires effective communication skills in English and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors, as well as clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures.
  • Dispose of rubbish and recycling in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
  • A proactive approach with a strong drive to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
