Revenue Manager – Managed Service Provider (MSP)

Location: UK (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this role, you'll be responsible for optimising revenue performance across our managed services, cloud, licensing and professional services portfolio.

You'll analyse revenue streams, manage pricing, support forecasting, and ensure our commercial processes drive profitable and predictable growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical and commercial skills who wants to make a real impact in a technology-focused, recurring-revenue business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop revenue optimisation strategies across recurring and project-based services.
  • Analyse contract profitability, customer lifetime value, churn, and margin performance.
  • Manage pricing frameworks, discounting guidelines and rate cards.
  • Support accurate revenue forecasting (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Review bids and proposals to ensure profitability and commercial compliance.
  • Oversee contract renewals, price uplifts and commercial governance activities.
  • Ensure CRM/ERP data accuracy for revenue, billing, and forecasting.
  • Work with Sales, Finance and Service Delivery to improve revenue performance.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in revenue management, commercial finance, pricing or similar analytical roles.
  • Understanding of MSP, IT services or recurring-revenue models (MRR/ARR).
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Power BI capability.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide clear commercial recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and attention to detail.

Desirable:

  • Experience with cloud billing (e.g., Microsoft CSP).
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP tools (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce,).
  • Finance or commercial qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/AAT part-qualified beneficial).
