About The Role

Great food, great teamwork, and great service — that's what this role is all about As a General Assistant, you'll be right at the heart of our daily operations, helping to keep the kitchen and front of house running smoothly and efficiently.

From preparing and packing meals to keeping everything spotless and organised, every day brings something new. You'll work alongside a friendly, supportive team to deliver high-quality food and excellent service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.

If you're hands-on, energetic, and take pride in doing things well, this is your chance to play a vital role in creating a great experience for everyone we serve

What will you do?

  • Prepare all types of food in line with kitchen requirements or to pack meals as needed
  • Liaise and co-operate with the Chef manager and the Front of house manager, to follow and respect their request and orders.
  • Help the kitchen team and front of house team to prepare all food and refreshments required for staff as well as the service and set up of the front of house in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day duties in the kitchen and Front of House, ensuring that the required catering service is successfully delivered daily basis. This includes working as an effective team member.
