JOB TITLE: Apprentice Business Administrator
Overall Purpose of Role: Assist with all administrative requirements.
Reports to: Base Manager
Liaises with: Employees, Line managers and Managing Director
Direct Reports: N/A
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
The Roles and Responsibilities of the Apprentice Business Administrator will include but not be limited to:-
· Assist with all administration requirements
· Assisting with formatting of all reports
· Updating hard copy training files with updated certificates
· Advising operations of impending training requirements for all employees
· Assist with the writing of minutes for department meetings
· Assist with new supplier/new customer documentation
· Assisting with purchasing and reporting savings as made
· General Administration duties including incoming and outgoing mail duties
· Answering and diverting telephone calls
· Taking accurate telephone messages and passing to relevant parties
Qualifications and Experiences
Essential:
· Excellent organisational skills both oral and written
· Attentive attention to detail
· Able to work well in a team
· Confident to work off your own initiative
Desirable:
· GCSE (or equivalent qualification) in Math's, English and an IT subject
· Experience using Microsoft packages.
