Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, dealing with clients in a B2B environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Role entails:

  • Visit customer homes on pre-qualified appointments.
  • Follow a set sales process to close deals.
  • Demonstrate high end products to customers in line with their established needs.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct negotiations effectively to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Manage time efficiently to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends using IT tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using IT tools for reporting and analysis purposes via a app.
