Offering services to client's, consultancies, contractors and subcontractors they are a versatile team with MEP knowledge and commercial excellence being a core speciality.

Already established in commercial, residential, life sciences, manufacturing, infrastructure and data centres you will be building on good foundations.

The Role

As a
Senior Quantity Surveyor,
you'll take ownership of a
current relationships taking a hands on approach to project delivery.

Working on a month plan you alongside the wider director team will begin the transition into a leadership role, focusing on business development, client care and growing the pipeline and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end commercial delivery: procurement through to final account
  • Lead commercial conversations and resolve issues
  • Manage contracts: payments, notices, variations
  • Produce financial reporting: CVRs, client reports, variation accounts
  • Mentor and support Junior Quantity Surveyors
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders
  • Business Development, relationship building
