Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role offers you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your base location could be in either Huntingdon, Peterborough, or Lincoln– Depending on your location.

Are you passionate about managing change projects to deliver outstanding results?    

If you are then look no further, as Anglian Water are seeking a Project Manager to develop and deliver change projects and continuous improvement initiatives to agreed time, cost and quality.    

In this role you'll help to identify further opportunities to optimise business processes that will enhance the performance of supplying water to our customers. You'll continuously review project business cases to ensure delivery of benefits. A key part of this exciting role is to create plans for key project stages, ensuring achievement of all key milestones. 

As our new Project Manager, you'll ensure project resource requirements are identified, negotiated, agreed, and deployed in an efficient and effective manner, whilst directing and motivating the workstream teams. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you'll co-ordinate all aspects of projects to ensure alignment with wider programmes of work across the business.
