Are you working in network support, a NOC, or a technical engineering role and ready to move into something more client-facing?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing technology managed service provider in the City of London as a Junior Pre-Sales Engineer, a role designed to help you bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial engagement.

You'll work with modern technologies across connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and security (particularly Fortinet and Cisco Meraki) while developing your skills in demos, solution design, and customer presentations. It's a rare chance to move into pre-sales with full training, mentorship, and a clear path for progression.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with Sales to support customer discovery, qualification, and solution design
  • Help scope solutions, prepare proposals, and deliver technical demos
  • Design and present solutions across LAN/Wi-Fi, connectivity, and security
  • Produce supporting technical documentation and proposal content
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Product teams to ensure seamless handovers
  • Keep up to date with emerging tech and security trends

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a technical or support role (NOC, technical support, engineering, or early pre-sales)
  • Solid understanding of IP networking and one or more of:
  • LAN and Wi-Fi design/deployment
  • Business internet & connectivity solutions
  • Fortinet security (firewalls, SD-WAN)
  • Cisco Meraki networking/security
