Biscuiteers is an award-winning luxury gifting brand, sometimes described as the 'NET-A-PORTER of biscuits'. We launched in 2007 with the mission to offer a more unique, stylish and personalised gifting solution under the banner 'why send flowers when you can send Biscuiteers?' Every single biscuit is lovingly made from start to finish and each one is totally individual.
Our aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic, one hand-iced biscuit at a time. We hand-iced over 3.0 million biscuits and delivered them to customers all over the world.
As well as our eCommerce business, we have a biscuit boutique in Notting Hill, where we offer 'School of Icing' events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert. We're looking to build and strengthen our wonderful team as the business continues to grow.
Who we're looking for…
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CRM Executive responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
As a key part of our dedicated team the Key Responsibilities will be:
CRM & Retention Strategy:
· Overseeing the overall Email, SMS and Push strategy to deliver engaging content on a weekly basis, in line with seasonal marketing calendar.
· Execute CRM comms against the customer segmentation strategy.
· Management of Lifecycle campaigns across all CRM channels.
· Management of Transactional campaigns delivered through Shopify.
· Reporting on channel performance to the wider team.
Creative Execution & Email Best Practice:
· Work with our Design Manager to ensure that all creative and content for CRM is engaging and on brand.
· Lead on copywriting for the CRM channels.
· Championing best practice, content ideas and new technologies, working with our ESP provider.
Championing Customer Loyalty Propositions:
· Be the champion of our Biscuiteers schemes (Pressie Points, Occasion Reminder, Refer a Friend) to increase loyalty and frequency from returning customers.
· Develop the website, alongside our Assistant Ecommerce Manager, to promote loyalty initiatives on site and build the customer experience.
Ecommerce Assistance
· Support the Assistant Ecommerce Manager with ad hoc support to merchandise products, build content pages and organise captured competition data.
Database Management & Growth
· Measuring and encouraging database growth.
· Management of all data uploads, data clean ups and data accuracy.
You will need…
- Proven experience in CRM and email marketing role, with a background in retail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behaviour.
- Excited to work at Biscuiteers.
Optional but preferred...
A Degree or Master's degree.
Experience of working platforms such as Ometria and Shopify.
