London, Greater London, United Kingdom Anamo Design Studio Full time £30,000 - £50,000 per year

Anamo Design Studio is a rapidly growing, female-founded interior design practice specialising in experiential F&B, social entertainment and high-end residential design across the UK, Europe and the US. We are a highly creative and ambitious studio and are now looking for an organised, creative and proactive Social Media & Studio Manager to join our team in London.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised and a self-starter, willing to make a difference and have an impact in a small team. You will have a lot of autonomy, reporting directly to the creative director and working collaboratively with our PR agency and website design team, as well as with the studio's clients.

This is a hybrid position, with some elements of office management responsibility but with a focus on social media and content creation. You will play a vital role in shaping our public presence while ensuring the studio runs smoothly day-to-day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management & Marketing

  • Develop social media campaigns across all platforms, with a core focus on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and track progress with monthly reports
  • Use insights and analytics in order to adapt and adjust tactics
  • Regular social media management, including managing regular posts across all channels as well as any interaction and responses
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and approach
  • Support the development and maintenance of the Anamo Design Studio website, working both independently and in collaboration with our web designer
  • Analyse website performance (traffic, SEO) and make strategic improvement recommendations
  • Produce engaging copy and visual content for daily/weekly social media posting (reels, stories, carousels, LinkedIn updates, project showcases, behind-the-scenes etc.)
  • Lead the submission of design projects to yearly design awards, developing professional write-ups in the studio's tone of voice
  • Proactively ensure the studio's projects are submitted to UK and international awards

Studio Support & Office Management

  • Support the team with office management tasks, including monitoring office supplies stock levels, ordering materials for projects and managing post, couriers and deliveries
  • Assist the team with booking international and domestic travel and managing itineraries
  • Support with onboarding new team members.
  • Responsible for organising weekly team activities and larger social events, ensuring a positive team culture and opportunities for the team to come together.
  • Maintain an organised, welcoming and well-presented studio environment at all times
  • Assist the design director with ad-hoc administrative tasks and diary management where required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a social media, studio assistant, office management or marketing role (ideally within design, architecture, hospitality, or creative industries)
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn best practices, analytics and growth strategies
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platform
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across varied tasks
  • Confident communicator online, in writing and in person
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for basic graphic/content creation
  • Comfortable working in-office, hands-on, in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website CMS platforms (Squarespace)
  • Familiarity with design award submissions is preferred, but not essential
  • A passion for interiors, hospitality, experiential design and global trends

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing, design-led studio working on global projects. You'll gain hands-on experience across high-profile hospitality and experiential venues in the UK, Europe and the US, all while being part of a supportive, collaborative and creatively driven team.

We offer flexible working hours (full-time or part-time), meaningful opportunities for growth, training and professional development, and a dynamic studio culture with regular team events. The applicant must have the legal right to work in the UK.
