About The Role
As a Social Media & Communications Associate, you will be responsible for the creation of social creative content for all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Pinterest), alongside our creative team.
From writing engaging social captions to designing eye-catching posts, you'll be part of shaping each of our clients' personal brands and helping them reach the right target audience.
You'll also help with some communication tasks, such as community management and day-to-day social-related admin. You'll liaise with clients and work with our team to ensure a collaborative approach to each campaign.
We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for social media, with experience in content creation. You'll be exceptionally organised and creative, demonstrate good marketing communication skills and have an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing engaging social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Pinterest
- Designing high-quality visuals for social media posts (Canva experience is desirable)
- Driving and maintaining social media engagement to meet client and in-house goals
- Conducting research on social media best practices and SEO
- Ensuring the social media calendar is aligned with each client's product and commercial calendar
- Working closely with the creative team and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all content produced is in line with brand guidelines and within brand identity aesthetics
- Monitor social performance to determine effectiveness and areas for improvement, including monthly analytic reporting
What We're Looking For:
- Either a degree in Marketing or relevant field, or experience in marketing and/or content creation
- Understanding and application of various content and social marketing strategies, such as social-first marketing, full pillar content strategy, etc.
- Confident in optimising posts for suitability across various social media platforms, including adapting content for multi-channel campaigns
- Familiarity with brand storytelling and marketing communication frameworks
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets), and the ability to conduct basic analytics tasks
- Highly organised and able to multi-task several projects at any one time
- A mature and highly ambitious individual with a creative flair, works well under pressure and can deliver quality creative work to tight deadlines
- Ability to liaise confidently with clients and members of the team
- The successful candidate must have an excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
- A good understanding of Meta Business Suite and TikTok Studio
Desirable:
- Experience with Canva
- A good understanding of Adobe Photoshop (PS)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA)
- Understanding of forecasting techniques
- A good understanding of influencer marketing, along with the ability to relate to influencers and to develop rapport, trust and long-term relationships
