Purpose
Do you want to make a meaningful impact every day? Would you like to help people live more independently?
As a support worker you will help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health support needs live full and independent lives. You will help them with:

- Going to health appointments and staying well
- Managing money, benefits, and budgeting
- Making friends and joining activities
- Taking part in learning, volunteering or work activities
- Taking part in nature activities, including gardening, cooking, crafts and animal care. These activities are a special part of Camphill Village Trust.
The support you give will depend on each person's choices, needs, interests and goals. As a support worker, you will work closely with your team leader. You will be part of a caring community where your ideas and your relationships with the people we support really matter.
Locations & Travel
Botton Village (Danby, North Yorkshire)
The role will be based at Botton Village, Danby, in the North Yorkshire Moors. To be considered for the role, you must be able to reliably travel to our site.

- Making sure every person feels respected, included and in charge of their care.

Why work with us?
- We are a friendly community with strong values.
- We give you training and chances to grow in your role.
- Your work will truly make a difference in people's lives.
