We are currently looking to grow our already established and dedicated team of support workers at the Whitby Scheme. The Whitby Scheme consists of 4 residential care home specialising in supporting individuals with learning disability, autism and mental health conditions.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Senior Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial.
