Position Overview

From the operators of Artezzan Restaurant & Bar comes an exciting new opportunity. Grain Silo LTD are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the role out of a new venue which will act as a sister venue to Artezzan. We are looking for an individual who is passionate and experienced in the running of a multi-functional late night venue. Located in the heart of Chester.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bar operations ensuring high standards of service.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to foster a positive work environment.
  • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the business

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or similar leadership roles.
  • Strong management and team leadership skills.
  • A passion for Hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven stock and asset management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
  • Ability to produce and control P&L
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality sector.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Experience working in a busy bar environment.
