About the Oracle ERP Consultant:

We are looking for a curious and talented Oracle expert to join our experienced team, to develop and implement technical solutions, to enable innovative client integrations. The Oracle ERP Consultant plays a critical role in building and supporting integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud ERP, and the C2FO platform. C2FO works with the world's biggest companies, this role will be at the heart of exciting projects in 2026.

Essential Duties: 

  • ERP Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, and third-party systems using standard tools and technologies.
  • Customization & Configuration: Support customization efforts in Finance modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR) to meet specific business needs.
  • Technical Implementation: Execute defined integration plans, ensuring data flow accuracy, system performance, and user requirements are met.
  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with client ERP and business teams to drive implementation projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and implementation teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate and troubleshoot issues in existing integrations or ERP configurations, recommending and implementing fixes.
  • Documentation: Produce and maintain accurate documentation for integration flows, configurations, and custom components.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team knowledge through documentation, peer collaboration, and participation in reviews.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established coding, testing, and deployment standards to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Travel Requirements: Hybrid working with access to either our London or Bristol Office hubs, where team meetings and collaboration is an expectation.
  • Physical requirements: This position primarily requires sitting, standing, typing, and viewing screens for extended periods. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Proven track record of senior development and consulting experience working with Oracle ERP systems, including at least one of Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience with PL/SQL or other relevant programming languages used in Oracle ERP environments.
  • Ability to build, test, and deploy technical solutions for data integrations and system enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating Oracle ERP with third-party systems using APIs or ETL tools.
  • Exposure to ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management or agile tools and practices.
  • Experience in the FinTech or SaaS industry.
