Responsibilities

  • Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and specialised skincare procedures. Caci facials, eyelash treatments and gel polish
  • Deliver expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and foster loyalty.
  • Keep treatment rooms clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments performed.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalised advice.
  • Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent certification recognised within the industry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude reflecting the high standards of our establishment.
