Spa Therapist

At The Towers Hotel & Spa, we have an exciting opening to join our team as a Spa Therapist…

Located in the Jersey Marine area of Swansea Bay, our growing spa is looking for someone who can commit to full-time or part-time hours, including weekends and bank holidays. We are open 7 days a week and need someone to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required.

As a Spa Therapist your main duties and responsibilities will be performing high-quality spa treatments to a diverse range of clients, while ensuring that guests are made to feel comfortable and welcome. You will maintain a clean and safe environment, allowing our guests to switch off and relax. As a Spa Therapist, you will be able to advise guests on our Products and Treatments and upsell our Products during your interactions.

The key skills & experience you'll ideally already have are:

• UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage
• Experience working as a Spa Therapist in a busy Spa environment
• Passionate about your services and able to advise guests and customers on which treatments are best for their needs
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team
