We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Maintenance Support professional to join a leading engineering business. Working across UK & Ireland sites, you'll play a key role in ensuring all asset and equipment information is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.

In this technical support role, you'll act as the custodian of asset data—maintaining reliable records that underpin maintenance planning, engineering change control, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

  • Maintain accurate asset identification and equipment records across all sites.
  • Ensure technical documentation, drawings, and maintenance history are controlled and up to date.
  • Support engineering change control and update asset data following modifications.
  • Work closely with engineering, reliability, and maintenance teams to uphold CMMS data integrity.
  • Conduct routine verification of asset records against physical equipment.
  • Support the development of asset hierarchies and compliant data structures.
  • Prepare audit-ready documentation for regulatory inspections.
  • Drive continuous improvement in asset data quality and system utilisation.

About you

You'll bring strong IT skills (Excel and CMMS), with experience in maintenance coordination, planning, or asset/CMMS administration within an engineering or industrial environment. You can read P&IDs, recognise mechanical and electrical assets, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams. Flexibility to travel across UK & Ireland is essential.
