Ideal Candidate:

  • A proven Enterprise or Strategic AE with experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding £900K-£1.2M quotas (3+ years).
  • Confident managing six- and seven-figure ACV deals with multiple senior stakeholders across technical and commercial functions.
  • Commercially minded and able to link product capabilities to tangible business outcomes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are still being defined.

About the Role:

  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to negotiation and close
  • Collaborate closely with founders and GTM leadership to refine the sales strategy and influence key commercial decisions.
  • Develop and execute targeted account plans to open and expand within strategic enterprise logos.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product development and GTM motion.
