Sitting in the heart of the Copr Bay development, Swansea Arena is a landmark 3,500 capacity multi-purpose indoor arena which opened its doors in March 2022. Hosting some of the most recognised names in live music, comedy and theatre, the fully-modular arena also hosts e-sports, conferences and events.

Working with the wider venue team, you will support the operational delivery of events in the venue, including theatre performances, music gigs, and comedy shows – ensuring our customers have the best possible experience in our Front of House spaces. As well as this, you will work closely with the Conference and Events team in the delivery of other venue hires such as conferences, banquets and exhibitions.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will work as part of the kitchen team, reporting to the Kitchen Manager. The focus of the role will involve all aspects within the main kitchen department. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the cleanliness in the main kitchen areas, VIP lounge kitchen and within the food kiosks. Preparing basic food items, delivering Dillons hot dogs and fries, helping assist with the preparation of the main banqueting and conference events and lives acts, will be required too.

Being flexible and having a proactive mindset is essential for this role.
