Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate marketing programme. This is a high-impact, full-time
office-based
role, ideal for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a fast-paced B2C environment such as ecommerce, fashion, or beauty. You'll be responsible for developing our affiliate strategy, managing platform partnerships and driving performance across our publisher network.
We are also
open to new affiliate programme partnerships and collaborations
, and the successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and establishing these opportunities.
As the business scales, this role offers a clear pathway into leadership, with the potential to build and manage a dedicated affiliate team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully own the end-to-end management of our affiliate programme, from strategy creation to day-to-day optimisation.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture publisher relationships through Awin (or similar) and other affiliate platforms.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish new affiliate partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate competitive rates, placements, and campaign opportunities to maximise ROI.
- Use Awin (or similar) market insights to monitor trends, discover growth opportunities, and benchmark performance.
- Track, analyse, and report on key affiliate KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, ROI), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure affiliate activity aligns with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Stay informed on affiliate industry trends, platform developments, and compliance standards.
- Produce regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting performance, learnings, and recommendations.
- Lay the groundwork for future team expansion, with potential to mentor and manage junior team members.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' affiliate marketing experience in a B2C sector (ecommerce, fashion, beauty or similar).
- Strong hands-on experience with Awin (or similar) including publisher onboarding, performance tracking, and insight analysis.
- Proven negotiation skills and commercial acumen, with a history of building profitable partnerships.
- Highly analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise performance for results.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ambition to scale a high-performing affiliate channel.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A Russell Group university background in marketing or a related field is preferred (but not essential).
