The team
Crowe's fast growing Workforce Advisory team in London are recruiting onto their team. The team focuses supporting clients improving their return on their most valuable investments – their talent, their people. We focus on taxes related support to UK and global employers focusing on optimisation of costs and meeting compliance obligations.
The team focuses on three major areas – Employment taxes, Global Mobility taxes and Share Schemes and reward tax. Employment tax specialists advise employers on adherence to HMRC rules and policies. Global Mobility experts work closely with clients with the deployment of their talent between countries and across borders supporting them with advice and compliance. The Share Schemes areas see Crowe design and implement tax efficient reward structures for employers.
The role
Whilst undertaking the graduate workforce advisory position, you will complete a 3-year training contract, where you will study towards the ATT/CTA qualification, providing you the foundations for your development and giving you the qualifications and tools you need to succeed in your career.
Our programme will empower you to learn new skills as well as harness existing skills to work on multiple exciting projects as well as study towards your professional qualification.
Our entry requirements
- 2:2 minimum from any degree subject
- BBC (112 UCAS points) from three A Levels (or equivalent)
- GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English Language
The ability to travel to clients and other offices is essential for the role. Throughout your training programme, you will also be required to attend off-site external training, where overnight stays are necessary.
