We're looking for an experienced
Website Technical Specialist
to support and optimize our website and to enable our website team to create best-in-class digital experiences that resonate with our target audience and perform effectively in traditional and large language model (LLM) search. This is a full-time position for someone with previous experience of managing and optimizing B2B websites.

You will join our in-house Website team and get to work with a pool of over 80 brilliant marketers across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. In this role you will report to our Website Team Lead.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for leading website development planning and prioritization together with marketing stakeholders alongside the website team lead.
  • Drive website development projects from brief to launch by steering design and development and supporting external agencies where required.
  • Develop and manage website maintenance and update processes in WordPress.
  • Own on-site optimization processes, including internal linking, image optimization, alt tagging, meta descriptions, schema mark-up and page speed assessment and improvement.
  • Own technical optimization roadmap to support the creation of effective traditional and LLM search best practices.
  • Work with hosting agency to ensure uptime and necessary updates are managed.
  • Management of RELEX's cookie management platform and google tag manager instance.
  • Design and run experiments to improve visitor engagement and conversion rates in collaboration with website content managers.
  • Own website analytics and tag management and co-own reporting website performance to the larger marketing team
  • Help to maintain the health and technical optimization of RELEX's localized website including but not limited to developing content update workflows.
  • May be required to support with the maintenance and creation of HubSpot landing page templates and modules with RELEX's marketing operations team.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of full stack website development experience.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other common coding languages, as well as front and back-end development best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of WordPress and HubSpot.
  • HubL syntax knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Search Console tools
  • Good understanding of SEO, GEO, UX and conversion rate optimization strategies and best-practices with the ability to identify and diagnose technical issues that could impact proper crawling.
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills. Experience with Asana an advantage.
  • Proactive communication and expectation setting.
  • Collaborative, curious and interested in the latest developments in web technology, best-practice and evolving LLM theory.
  • Fluency in English.
