We're looking for a Website Product Manager to own and evolve the experience, transforming it into a powerful, scalable growth engine for our global business. You'll define the vision, roadmap, and performance strategy for our corporate website, aligning every release and optimisation to measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you'll combine product thinking with digital marketing expertise. You'll lead a cross-functional team of developers, CRO specialists, and content experts to deliver a high-performing website that attracts, converts, and engages audiences across multiple regions. You'll report to the Head of Digital and collaborate with marketing, design, product, and regional teams to ensure the Mews website continues to set the standard for innovation in hospitality tech.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: 

Define and own the corporate website strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with growth goals and commercial priorities.Establish and track KPIs for performance, UX, and conversion, driving continual optimization through experimentation.Lead the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring scalability, performance, and brand consistency across languages and regions.Oversee CRO and A/B testing initiatives, using data and insights to improve conversion funnels.Partner with design, product, and content teams to deliver exceptional user experiences that bring our brand story to life.Maintain strong governance and documentation standards for structure, accessibility, and compliance.Act as the key point of contact for all website initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and transparent communication.Lead and develop a high-performing web team, including front-end developers and CRO specialists, prioritizing work that delivers measurable business impact.

Extensive experience managing or scaling B2B SaaS or digital-first websites.Strong understanding of web performance, UX/UI best practices, and conversion optimisation.Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing complex web projects end-to-end.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across marketing, product, and leadership levels.Strategic mindset: You think in systems and can translate business goals into practical web solutions.Analytical, data-driven, and fluent in using web analytics and experimentation tools to drive decisions.Passionate about the intersection of technology, creativity, and growth, and turning the Mews website into a best-in-class digital experience.
