Recruitment Consultant – M&E
Location: Leeds (Central location with excellent transport links)
Compensation: Up to £35,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) plus bonus and benefits. Uncapped commission with high On Target Earnings (OTE). Free Parking.

About the Company:
A well-established, independent recruitment consultancy specialising in construction recruitment. Their experienced team currently serve clients throughout Yorkshire across temporary, contract, and permanent placements. They are looking to expand their construction division by adding a driven and tenacious professional.

About the Role:
In this key role, you will be responsible for new business development for the M&E desk. This is a warm desk with contractors currently working across several clients. Your daily activities will involve:

• Conducting initial telephone outreach to develop new contacts.

• Arranging client visits and building strong relationships with decision-makers.

• Managing the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.

• Selling and business development.

• Account management and service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in M&E recruitment is strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of the temporary recruitment market; however, other sectors will be considered.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, well-presented manner.

• A resilient and proactive attitude with the determination to overcome the inevitable challenges and rejections in the recruitment industry.

Package and Benefits:

• Basic salary up to £35,000 (dependent on experience) plus an attractive, uncapped commission structure.
