Titleist, the #1 Ball in Golf, currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Golf Ball Product Specialist to join our team. Covering both the Midlands and North of England, this is a permanent role where you'll represent the most trusted brand in golf at both trade and consumer events.
We're looking for a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and a genuine passion for the game. You'll be outgoing, professional, and capable of building strong relationships with golfers, golf professionals, and retail partners alike.
Due to the territory covered, applicants should be based in the Midlands or North of England to ensure effective coverage of the region
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional Titleist golf ball fitting experiences and education at trade and consumer events across your region.
- Support Area Sales Managers with product launches, merchandising, and sales opportunities, ensuring flawless brand execution.
- Present engaging product demonstrations and training sessions to golfers and trade partners, showcasing the performance of the #1 Ball in Golf.
- Represent Titleist at key events, shows, and activations throughout the UK, always upholding the brand's premium image.
- Provide clear and timely event reporting, tracking performance and key insights.
- Promote Team Titleist membership, capturing golfer profiles and building brand loyalty.
- Manage inventory, samples, and event materials responsibly and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:
- A genuine passion for golf and hands-on custom fitting experience (a PGA qualification is desirable)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy schedule
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude, capable of working independently across a large region
- A sound understanding of golf equipment technology and experience with launch monitors such as Trackman
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel extensively across your region
- Physical capability to set up equipment and event infrastructure (some light to heavy lifting required)
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience in customer service or retail would be an advantage, as would previous experience within the golf or sporting goods industry.
