This role is working with a global leader in consumer finance. We're now looking for a Test Manager to join the Leeds-based technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of their systems as they continue to grow and modernise their platforms.

The Opportunity

As a Test Manager, you'll lead a centralised testing function supporting an ERP implementation. You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering the testing strategy, building an effective test capability and driving continuous improvement in test automation, integration and quality assurance.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing outcomes across multiple projects and international teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, develop and inspire a team of Test Specialists within a central test function.
  • Create and deliver test strategies to ensure quality, stability, and successful project delivery.
  • Establish automated regression testing to safeguard core functionality.
  • Oversee integration testing across multiple supplier developments.
  • Support business-led UAT activities, ensuring readiness for live deployment.
  • Provide expert advice on testing best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all testing processes.
  • Manage and report on key testing metrics, performance, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with international IT and business teams

What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • Strong knowledge of testing principles, lifecycle phases, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience managing testing in complex, multi-supplier environments.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proven experience with automation frameworks, JIRA and Confluence

Desirable:

  • Experience leading testing across multiple geographies
  • ERP or SAP integration testing experience
