Life Practitioner – Swinderby, Lincoln

The Role

We're looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at services in Swinderby, Lincoln.

As a Life Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting children with learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include;

  • Support with day-to-day living and personal goals.

  • Accompany individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments.

  • Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing.

  • Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.

Pay & Progression

We offer clear progression through our competency framework, helping you develop your skills and increase your pay as you grow; Level 1: £12.60 Level 2: £13.10 Level 3: £13.60

Your Qualities:
