As a Talent Acquisition Partner in Kisimul you will be sourcing new talent to join our family and working on career development opportunities for existing colleagues.
You will manage the recruitment of a portfolio of our services to maintain appropriate resource levels. Working alongside home managers and operational leaders, you will create recruitment strategies and establish routes to market to attract new colleagues into the business.

**About You**:
**Some of the experience you might bring**:
- Demonstrable experience of the recruitment industry, gained from either in-house / corporate or external RPO / agency environments to hire for volume recruitment
- Knowledge of current recruitment market trends including but not limited to: diversity and inclusion, assessment and selection, social media and marketing and employment law
- A passion for recruitment with demonstrated experience of managing the hiring processes and systems
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on report writing and presentation skills
- Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- No agencies please
