Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Auto Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of car parts and vehicle services, play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our auto service, providing administrative support and excellent customer service. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to assist with route management and scheduling.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to create documents, spreadsheets as needed.
  • Organise files and documentation for easy retrieval, enhancing overall office efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Skills

  • Proven office experience with a focus on administrative tasks and auto parts knowledge.
