We are looking for a Qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor – General Practice: Commercial.

SBM was established in 1999 to give occupiers and tenants of commercial buildings market orientated property advice.

Since that time the company has grown steadily in response to demands from clients across a wide range of geographical areas.

Because business is global and property is everywhere we are called upon to respond dynamically with project strategies that incorporate local expertise on a case by case basis.

Applicants are expected to have a broad range of experience: general practice disciplines: acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
