Role Description

This is a part-time Freelance Sales and Marketing role, remote or based in Wakefield. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and building a qualified b2b pipeline. Responsibilities include promoting services, addressing customer needs, and achieving sales targets through proactive communication and exceptional customer engagement. An ability to translate complex counselling/psychotherapy and safeguarding services and teaining courses into clear commercial value.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Wakefield or remotely and collaborate with the team
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and their impact on human behavior is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
