What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and qualify enterprise leads within the Nordics region using advanced tools and resources.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams to build a robust pipeline.
  • Profile and target key accounts in the Nordics enterprise segment to generate new business opportunities.
  • Effectively articulate Mimecast's value proposition in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian to prospects and secure high-quality meetings for the wider team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of cybersecurity challenges facing enterprise organizations in the region.
  • Meet or exceed monthly meeting targets and pipeline generation goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales development activities within CRM systems.

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian and English.
  • Coachability, curiosity, and a proactive, autonomous approach to business development.
  • Motivation to succeed and grow your career within Mimecast and the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify solutions for enterprise-level clients.
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within B2B or SaaS environments, ideally with exposure to enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with business applications such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of the Nordics business landscape and previous exposure to SaaS or cybersecurity solutions is advantageous.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is £45,000−£65,000 (OTE) plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
