Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced and proactive EHS Advisor to champion health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations. In this role, you'll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
  • Monitor and report on EHS performance, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.
  • Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with management and teams to promote a proactive safety culture.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Experience in an EHS advisory role on a manufacturing site, ideally pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • NEBOSH certified
  • Ability to communicate and influence across all levels
  • Accountable, attentive to detail and a natural problem-solver
