In this role, you’ll ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.**Key responsibilities:*** Provide expert advice on Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and company policies.* Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.* Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels.* Monitor and report on EHS performance, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards.* Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.* Collaborate with management and teams to promote a proactive safety culture.**Knowledge, skills & experience:*** Experience in an EHS advisory role on a manufacturing site, ideally pharmaceutical manufacturing* NEBOSH certified* Ability to communicate and influence across all levels* Accountable, attentive to detail and a natural problem-solverYou’ll play a vital role in protecting our people and environment while shaping best practices for the future.
